How to book online

Virtual-Q can be booked up to one day in advance of the darshan date, subject to quota availability.

1. Register on the portal and add pilgrims to the Pilgrim List.
2. Choose Virtual-Q availability, date and route; a registered user can book up to five pilgrims at a time.
3. Retrieve the coupon in My Account > Transaction History and present it printed or on a mobile at Pampa/Nilakkal verification.

Cost, cancellation and refund

As listed on 2 October 2026: The public Virtual-Q guidelines state that all coupons are free of cost.

Cancellation is allowed up to one day before darshan. Associated paid services are automatically cancelled without refund; no preponement or postponement is available. Failed unbooked payments may be refunded at the Board's discretion.

Timings

The Board's schedule lists Usha Pooja at 07:30, Ucha Pooja at 12:30, midday closing at 13:00, Deeparadhana at 18:30 and closing after Harivarasanam at 21:50. These are temple rituals, not every Virtual-Q slot.

Report 180 minutes before the selected slot and route.

ID and documents

Aadhaar or voter ID details and a photo for each pilgrim; ages 5–18 may use school/college ID. Carry the original booked ID and printed or mobile Virtual-Q coupon for verification.

Dress code

The official site does not list the dress code.
